About Me: Hello! My name is Dr. Haswanth Vundavilli, and I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. Previously, I held postdoctoral appointments in Dr. Antonio del Sol's lab at the University of Luxembourg in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, and Dr. Wenyi Wang's lab at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. From 2016-2021, I was a graduate student working towards my direct-Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Aniruddha Datta in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. I graduated with a direct-Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering in May 2021. I received my Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering (with a minor in Physics) from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in July 2015.
Research Interest: My primary research interests lie in systems biology, bioinformatics, and computational modeling applied to cancer therapy and drug discovery.
