About Me: I, Naresh Sharma, am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics Engineering at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad since March 2025. I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Kanpur in June 2022. Before joining IIT Kanpur, I completed my B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur. During my Ph.D., I focused on designing, fabricating, and optically characterizing photonic crystal cavities for applications in beam shaping and spectrometry. After completing my Ph.D., I joined Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), Netherlands, as a postdoctoral research fellow.
