About Me: I work on Ore and Exploration Geology with special emphasis on the petrogenetic aspects using detailed mineralogy, mineral chemistry, textural studies and geochemistry of the ore and gangue mineral assemblages. My research is focused on the understanding the ore genesis and application in mineral exploration. I use optical microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Electron Probe Micro Analysis (EPMA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy, and Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) for my research. Currently, my research objectives are on the assessment of critical mineral potentiality in the sulfide deposits, pegmatites, albitites, and mine dumps. Mineral characterization, liberation studies of different ores, and their implications on the beneficiation is another area of my research interest.

Research Interest: Mineral Exploration, Ore Geology and Mineral Characterization
