About Me: Raj Kumar Dishwar received the B.Tech. Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from CSJM University, Kanpur, India, and the M.Tech. He has a degree in metallurgical engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi, Varanasi, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Extractive Metallurgy from the IIT (BHU) with Prof O.P. Sinha. He joined this Department as an Assistant professor on 15 June 2021. He is the reviewer of so many reputed journals and Life time member of IIM.

Research Interest: Industrial waste utilization and recovery of value-added metals from its lean ore or waste by Smelting Technology, Plasma smelting, Pyrometallurgy, and Hydrometallurgy, Extraction of critical metals from their ores or residue, Net zero waste policy, Green steel Making Technologies, Battery Materials and recycling,
