About Me: Shushobhit is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He is a hydro-climatologist & environmentalist committed to enhance the understanding of the fundamental mechanisms driving natural disasters, to better model and mitigate them. He leads the Integrated WAter and ClimaTE Research Group (InWATER), which addresses water, climate, and environmental research issues. The InWATER group is looking for Ph.D. and post-doctoral candidates in water resources, agriculture, remote sensing, environment, and climate who want to contribute to cutting-edge research.
