About Me: Prof. Jayanta Das received his B.Tech. degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 2004 and his Ph.D. degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India in 2012. During his direct-Ph.D Real-Time Control of an Electrohydraulic Actuation System by Experimental Characterization and Simulation at Mechanical Engineering Department, Jadavpur University, he worked on application of in Power hydraulics in industry. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad where he is working on the implementation of controllers and fault analysis in hydraulic circuits. His overall research interests include numerical and experimental study of hydraulic components, mechatronics, control and systems.
